Welcome to PawReserve. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PawReserve service operated by Ellie Labs LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using PawReserve, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using our service, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our service.

2. Description of Service

PawReserve is a web-based booking and management platform designed for pet boarding and daycare businesses. The service allows businesses to accept online bookings, manage calendars, send automated reminders, and maintain customer databases.

3. Account Registration

To use PawReserve, you must:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

PawReserve is offered on a subscription basis:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Early adopter pricing of $39/month is locked in permanently for qualifying customers
• Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle
• We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our 30-day money-back guarantee

5. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied with PawReserve within the first 30 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund by contacting hello@pawreserve.pro.

6. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds will be provided for partial months
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and all data

7. User Data and Content

You retain ownership of all data and content you input into PawReserve. By using our service, you grant us:

• The right to store, process, and display your data as necessary to provide the service
• The right to use aggregated, anonymized data for service improvement and analytics

You are responsible for:

• The accuracy and legality of all data you input
• Obtaining necessary consents from your customers for data collection
• Backing up important data (we recommend regular exports)
• Complying with all applicable privacy and data protection laws

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers

10. Service Availability

• That defects will be corrected immediately
• That the service will meet your specific requirements

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• PawReserve is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for data loss; you should maintain your own backups

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ellie Labs LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your data or content

13. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using PawReserve, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms on our website
• Updating the "Last Updated" date

Your continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

This guarantee applies as long as your subscription remains active and in good standing.
